Vehicular Transport is the Tier 3 milestone that gets you hauling by vehicle instead of on foot. It unlocks your first drivable vehicle, the Tractor, along with the Truck Station and the vehicle paths that let the Tractor run a delivery route on its own.
The Tractor is the main vehicle: a hauler you can drive yourself, or set to run a route hands-off. The Truck Station is the dock where a vehicle loads and unloads, and the Tractor Vehicle Path and Universal Vehicle Path are how you record the route it drives. You steer the loop once to lay down the path, then the vehicle repeats it on autopilot between stations. There’s a +3 Inventory Slots bump in there too. All of it costs 25 Modular Frame, 100 Rotor, 200 Cable, and 400 Iron Plate.
Belts are fine across a factory, but they get expensive and fiddly when a resource node sits a long way off, and by Tier 3 you’ve already made that trek more than once (the Caterium and Quartz nodes are nowhere near the base). The Tractor on a recorded path hauls in bulk over that kind of gap without a belt line stretching the whole way. It rounds out the four Tier 3 milestones.
