Part of the Satisfactory beginner walkthrough. Series overview.
Enhanced Asset Security is one of the four Tier 3 milestones, and unlike the other three, it doesn’t add anything to the factory. Instead it upgrades the pioneer, handing over a new melee weapon plus a bit more room to carry things.

The main reward is the Xeno-Basher, a melee weapon that hits harder than the Xeno-Zapper you start with, which is useful when a hostile creature gets between you and a node you’re trying to reach. Alongside it come two carry upgrades: +1 Hand Equipment Slot, so you can keep two hand items ready at once instead of swapping, and +3 Inventory Slots. The cost is 100 Reinforced Iron Plate, 600 Iron Rod, and 1,500 Wire, all of which you’re already turning out by Tier 3.
In hand it’s a chunky electrified club, a clear step up from the little Xeno-Zapper stun baton. It won’t win drawn-out fights, but for knocking a hostile creature out of the way while you’re exploring or running belt, it does the job.

This is an easy milestone to take whenever the Wire and Iron Rod are spare.
